Brookside Reentry was created to serve the high number of individuals that reenter society from incarceration, addiction, and homelessness each year.
We achieve this work through our Isaiah House Residential Program, a Christ-centered program that provides comprehensive case management and community-based support designed to uplift, empower, and guide individuals as they rebuild their lives and achieve the self-sufficiency to THRIVE.

Why does it work?
We begin by seeing each person as an individual, not as a statistic. As we learn each person’s story, we are able to look past the labels and stigma associated with their background. Through gospel-centered community and accessible resources, we walk alongside individuals throughout their reentry journey and bridge gaps at the point of need for each individual. We are breaking spiritual, relational, and generational barriers that disrupt stability, connection, and capacity to thrive. We are doing more than getting people back on their feet – we are building leaders.
Who is impacted?
Our 18-month Isaiah House Residential Program facilitates up to 22 men and 14 women.
Our Monday Night Bridge Service brings together 70+ men and women every week for community and shared resources.
In total, we serve over 350 individuals every year – regardless of their criminal history and background.
